The Program Committee continues to invite you to submit abstracts for POSTER presentations. The submission of the oral presentations is closed.

For poster presentation: minimum 500, maximum 2500 characters including spaces. The title, authors, and institutions are excluded. Only English poster presentations are accepted.
Size of the posters: A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm)
The posters will be presented in the exhibition hall.
Posters set-up: 15:00–20.00 on Tuesday, 13 October or 8:00–9:00 on Wednesday, 14 October
Removing the posters: 13.00–17:00 on Friday, 16 October
The tools for setting up the posters will be provided by the organizers.

All submitted abstracts will be judged by the Program Committee. The Program Committee reserves the right – if needed – to request an abstract revision from the author.

Notification regarding abstract acceptance/rejection will be sent to the corresponding author by 26 June, 2015. If you DO NOT receive any email notification regarding your abstract submission please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Using Appropriate Internet Browser
The on-line submission system runs perfectly under most of the recently available internet browsers. Please ensure you are using any of the following browsers (see below) when submitting an abstract. If not, you can download the right browser on the log-in page.

Corresponding authors are asked to select one topic from the list below that best describes their abstract submission.
Please enter all authors in the order they should appear in the heading of the abstract. Presenting author should be chosen and marked.
Enter institutional affiliations of all authors. If one author has more institutions, please mark in the note field.
The Corresponding Author is the person, whose contact details were given when creating a new account. This author will receive all communication regarding the abstract status from the organizers via email. It’s his/her responsibility to share all the information with all the other co-authors.
Carefully check the proof of your abstract. Make sure all special characters and formatting is displaying properly in your proof. If you find errors, return to the abstract title, authors, or body and make your corrections.
It is the author‘s responsibility to submit a correct abstract.
Upon receipt of your submission, the system will send a confirmation email (with the abstract’s ID and title) to the corresponding author automatically. If you do not receive this automatic email message, your submission failed, or the email address you provided was incorrect. Please check your browser or the submitted data again.
You can modify/delete/change your abstract at any time during the abstract submission period.
